Select the Window-->preferences-->general-->startup and shutdown-->workspaces of the menu bar,

Recent Workspaces the list below is the set of working intervals. If you want to delete the unused, select, click Remove.

If you have previously chosen to no longer prompt, use this workspace by default and want to re-select at startup

The first check box on the right is selected on the Prompt for workspace on startup.

Number of recent workspaces to remember this means that a maximum of several working ranges are recorded.
