When is monopoly?

I have a deep understanding of monopoly today.

Go to the school education supermarket to buy things. The education supermarket of the school monopolized the campus market. For the second time, I bought three things: 2.8 + 2.1 + 2.6. I didn't care about the price this time, and her actions were indeed fast (I can only use the thunder of Miss Han to cover my ears and steal the bell ). The POS machine finally showed 7.7 yuan, and I did not think much about it. I just walked to the supermarket door. With my last experience, I thought it would be 7.5 Yuan! Finally, I thought again and finally found a reasonable reason for her: probably because she thinks that the drinks I bought are ice (the ice in the supermarket costs 0.2 yuan), so the price of 0.2 yuan is directly added. But is it ice? Is it her decision? I don't know if I touch it by hand? In order to save the cost, I bought ice drinks by default, so I had to pay more than 0.2? How many people buy drinks every day, and how many people are charged for 0.2 more while they are still in the dark?
