Can I run localhost directly? I can't reinstall phpnow. change to a later version.

Localhost can run, but php in some folders cannot run

Some directories have. htaccess redirection.
In general, direct access is not allowed for directory security of such frameworks.

403 error: The Directory has no permission

Set conf/httpd. conf // in the apache installation directory.

Order deny, allow
Allow from all
