First, the system environment

• WIN10 system
• Jdk1.8 64-bit

Second, installation WebLogic

First step: Open the cmd command prompt with the system administrator, cmd to enter the directory where the "fmw_12.1.3.0.0_wls.jar" file is located, then enter "Java-jar fmw_ 12.1.3.0.0_wls.jar"command to enter again.

Second step: The installation screen appears, click Next.

Step three: Edit the Oracle home directory, or choose Default, then click Next.

Fourth Step: Select WebLogic Server (W) and click "Next".

Fifth Step: Follow the default selection until you create a new domain, remember your domain location

Sixth step: Create User name and password

Seventh Step: Select domain mode for "development", JDK Select Bit local, then click "Next".

Eighth step: Select "Organizer Mode" and click Next.

Nineth Step: Edit the server name, listening address and listening port using the default values, click "Next".

Tenth step: Record the domain location and the Management Server URL, tick "Start Management Server", click "Finish".

11th Step: The Management Server URL can be accessed after successful installation.
