For WIN10 update after the problem!!!

Phenomenon:

Computer just turned on, directly open Task Manager, CPU occupied 100%!

But the computer running speed is normal, according to reason this time should be stuck dead! (excluding viruses)

Solution:

Open Control Panel--power Plan--balance plan (or high performance, power saving)---Change the Power Plan---restore default values
