Minimum system configuration Requirements:

• Processors: 1000 MHz (GHz) or faster

• Memory: 1 GB (32 bits) or 2 GB (64 bits)

• Free hard disk space: GB

• Graphics card: Microsoft DirectX 9 Graphics device with WDDM driver

* With Microsoft account login Win10 can more fully enjoy the new system features, but also can use the local account login, some features (such as Windows Store, mail, personalized sync, etc.) will be affected. In addition, no Internet access can complete the installation, but the various networking features will be limited.

　　Important Notes

• Some computer processors and hardware configurations are not supported by WIN10, including a small number of older 64-bit CPUs and some GB and all GB storage devices running a compressed operating system.

• To access the Windows store and download and run the application, you need an Internet connection, at least 1024 x 768 screen resolution, and a Microsoft account.

The Windows Application store in Win10 will provide many, but not all, Win8.1 applications. Applications that apply to WINDOWS10 will not be available to computers running Windows 8.1 or WINDOWS8. Keep in mind that if you decide to return to Windows 8.1 or WINDOWS8 after you install WIN10, you may have to reinstall your application from the Windows application store.

Cortana is currently available only in English (United States), English (UK), Chinese (Simplified), German (Germany), French (France), Italian, and Spanish (Spain). In order to be able to use Cortana, you must set the country or region of your system to one of the available languages, and you will also need to install the language version of the WIN10 system.

• When you install WIN10, you will not be able to use Windows Media player to play DVDs.

• If you are running Windows 8.1, but you have not installed Windows 8.1 Update, you will not be able to install WIN10. Try running Windows Update to get Windows 8.1 before installing WIN10, or you can download the WIN10 official version of the ISO image file.

• If you are using the win8/win8.1 Professional or Win7 Home Premium and flagship version with Media Center, and you are installing WIN10, Windows Media Center will be removed.

Win10 cannot be run on the Windows RT 8.1 version.

Win10 has no n versions, so if you upgrade from n version of Windows to WIN10, you will no longer be able to run the N version.

• If you are running a Win7 with no SP1, you can only upgrade to WIN10 by downloading an ISO image file. If Windows7 SP1 is installed, you can upgrade to WIN10 by using Windows Update or by downloading the official version of the ISO image file.
