Operation Steps:

1. Control Panel, select: Control Panel---All Control Panel items---Power Options---system settings;

2. Click to change the current unavailable settings, and close the Quick Start (remember to click Save changes);

3. Press "Win" + "X" shortcut key, select "Command Prompt (Admin)" option in the shortcut menu, enter "Bcdedit/set {default} Bootmenupolicy legacy" in English state and return.

4. Restart the computer, the boot press F8 can see the traditional Safe mode option.
