Step 2, use Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager to establish a secure FTP space:

Now we open "Start Menu" → "program" → "Administrative Tools" → "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager", pop up an IIS manager window, find "ftp site" → "Default FTP Site" Inside, and click the right mouse button in "Default FTP Site", select "Properties" Choice, there is a "default FTP Site Properties" dialog box, select the "Home Directory" tab, the original default address to the folder we have just established D:\cnhack path, there will be three options, respectively, "read, write, record Access", you can check according to the needs, If the intermediary to provide to others to download the FTP space, do not check the Write option, if you need to provide to others to upload and change the content of the FTP space, you need to check the selection of write options.
