Win7 64-bit OS Install Windows Live Writer

Recently the whole system, to install Windows Live when the discovery can not be installed, tried multiple versions can not be normal.

Two workarounds:

1: Install the Complete: Windows Installer package (Windows Essentials)

2: Download the appropriate CAB file
