Situations that you might encounter:

Phenomenon One: If you right-click the mouse, move to the "new" command in the right-click menu bar, the response rate is very slow.

Workaround:

1. Press the Windows logo key +r on the keyboard to open the Run dialog box and enter "regedit" and click "OK" as shown in Figure 2:
