Win7 System computer volume to the maximum sound or very small what to do?

Sometimes when you talk to a voice or watch a video, you get the same thing: we've already tuned the sound to the max, but the actual volume is still very small. Under the Win7 system, the problem can be solved by setting the "Loudness balance". Setting the method is simple.

1. Right-click the lower right corner of the desktop to set the volume of the White trumpet, select "Playback device."
