Win7 How do I add a printer?

usually the printers inside the office don't know how to add them.

Today, the Pepsi Net is about how to add an installed printer!

First click on the lower left corner of the screen Windows Start button, select "Devices and Printers" into the Settings page.

Note: You can also enter through "devices and printers" in "Hardware and sound" in Control Panel.

Then find the existing printer name. Each company's printer name is different, first you know the printer name.

The last right button is set to the default printer!
