1, Cancel and disable the Guest account, because other people to access the computer installed printers are in the Guest account. Click the "Start" button, right-click on "Computer" and select "Manage", as shown in the following image:

2, in the "Computer Management" to find the "Guest" user, as shown in the following figure:

3. Double-click "Guest" to open the Guest Properties window and make sure the "Account disabled" option is not checked, as shown in the following illustration:

Click the Start button, right-click on the computer, select Properties, as shown in the following image:
