The computer system is Win7 64 bit, the installed Plsql is 64 bit, the Oracle client installed is the runtime type, should be 32-bit client

The 32-bit toad previously installed on your computer can identify Oracle instances

After the system has added Oracle_home,tns_admin,Nls_lang, after modifying the Oracle home directory and the OCI library in Plsql, it is still not recognized

Where theOracle home directory dropdown box in Plsql does not recognize the oracle_home in the system, it is manually filled in.

After installing the 32-bit plsql,The Oracle home directory in the Plsql configuration can be identified, and after the selection, restart the program.
