Enterprise Manager configuration Failure-listener not started or the database service is not registered to the listener solution
Environment: Win7 64-bit system, oracle11g database
Problem Description: Install oracle11g under the Win7 64-bit system, and when creating a database using DB configuration Assistant, the error occurs when creating to 85% errors as follows:
Solution:
The log file given in the view warning F:\develop\oracle_data\app\Administrator\cfgtoollogs\dbca\test\emConfig.log has the following contents:
Configuration: Connectdesc:(description= (address_list= address= (protocol=tcp) (Host=bug-class) (port=1521)) (CONNECT_DATA= ( Service_name=test)))
But this is the case in Listener.ora:
(address = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = localhost) (PORT = 1521))
Obviously the computer bug-class is not able to access localhost (temporarily does not understand)
Solution:
Increase the interception of BLUEAERI-PC or IP addresses in the Listener.ora, in the following steps:
1. Start Net Manager, add an address under "listener"--listener, host name or IP, port number or 1521, and then save.
2. Restart the listening service.
3. Start Database Configuration Assistant "metabase Options" to reconfigure EM instead of deleting the databases. No errors are reported when you create the database again.
