Win8 How do I back up/restore an activation key?

　　 First, backup activation information

When WIN8 is successfully activated, the activation key is saved as Notepad, and the C:windowssystem32sppstore store folder is copied to another partition or mobile device to save the backup activation information.

　　Second, restore activation information

1. Right-Win8 traditional desktop, select command Prompt (admin), open Command prompt cmd window in admin mode.

2. Enter the RESTORE command: Enter SLMGR/IPK xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx, followed by the previously recorded activation key, then press ENTER.

3. The installation key was successful; the computer appears to have successfully installed the product key: Xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx's prompt, click OK.

4. Restore store: Copy and paste the store folder that was previously backed up to C:windowssystem32sppstore and replace it with a replacement prompt.

5. Reboot the computer and reboot the computer properties to see if the activation is successful.
