Win8 under Wampserver installation access localhost 403 problem resolution

After installing Wampserver, the browser input localhost, unexpectedly reported 403 error, only input 127.0.0.1 to access

Solution:

1. Open the httpd.conf file, locate

Options FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride None
Order Deny,allow
Deny from all

Change "Deny from all" to "Allow from all"

2. Navigate to

Order Deny,allow
Deny from all
Allow from 127.0.0.1

Change "Deny from all" to "Allow from all"

3. Open the phpMyAdmin configuration file, for example: D:\wamp\alias\phpmyadmin.conf, navigate to
Options Indexes followsymlinks MultiViews
AllowOverride All
Order Deny,allow
Deny from all
Allow from 127.0.0.1

Change "Allow from 127.0.0.1" to "Allow From:: 1"

4. Restart the service and tap F5,localhost to access it.
