Win8.1 cannot enter the system in sleep state

Problems with sleep in win8.1:

1. Close the lid or click sleep to wake up and enter the screen lock page. However, you can only move the mouse. The keyboard cannot be entered at all, and the screen can only be forced to restart.

2. Close the lid and then open it to wake up the screen. Force restart is required.

Solution:
