Win8.1 how the System changes language settings

Small series to introduce you to the Win8.1 system how to change the language settings.

1. Access to console/clock, language and region/language, press [Add language];

2. Select the language you want to add, press [Open];

3. After selecting a good language, press [add]

4. Press the previous step to add the [options] in the language pack

5. Press [download and install language kits]

6. Press [make this project the main language], log out and then log into the Win8.1 system, the completion of language settings.
