WIN8QQ Add discussion Group functionality

Tencent has opened the WIN8 version of the QQ 2.0.7 priority experience, for Windows 8 (32-bit &64 bit), Windows RT System, support discussion group basic functions, focus on resolving frequent flash-back problems, improve performance and stability.
