Windows 7 cannot use the Telnet command

By default, the telnet service is disabled in win7 by using the following method:

In this way, you can go back to "service items" or services. msc to see telnet,
2. Choose "Control Panel"> "Management Tools"> "services" or "services. after entering the service item list, find telnet and you can see that it is disabled, in this case, you need to right-click "Disable", select "properties", change "Disable" to "Manual", and then right-click the status bar and choose "start ".

In this way, your machine's telnet service will start.
