Lenovo ThinkPad E40 pre-installed Windows 7
Windows resource manager continuously stops working and restarts. The interval cannot exceed 5 seconds.
The Event Viewer displays a large number of error logs in this form.

Solution: delete fxsst under C:/Windows. DLL. This file has a copy in system32, but the file in the Windows directory is very strange. The modification time is the time when the fault occurred. I have asked a question in Microsoft answers and have not received a reply yet.
