Yesterday I went to help a friend install a wireless router. I first connected the dial-up cat and the TP-link 150m wireless router with a network cable, set the Internet parameters, and check that the router status is connected.
I unplugged the laptop's network cable and used wireless connection. This HP notebook is installed with xp OS. First, I searched for the nearby wireless network. Select the network created by my vro and enter the password, it will soon be connected. I opened several webpages at a very fast speed, similar to the network connection.
Another Asus is installed with the Windows 7 flagship version. In fact, I am not used to using this OS. Although the operating interface is gorgeous, it is inconvenient to use it, search for a nearby wireless network, select, and click Connect to connect ...., after a while, the system prompts that you cannot connect to the TP-link XX router, as shown in figure
The reason cannot be found for using the Network diagnosis that comes with window 7. I searched for it in hundreds of times:
There are several solutions:
1. Set IP addresses
2. reinstall the wireless NIC Driver
Others ....
I tried to use the above method, but I still couldn't solve the problem. After half an hour, I still couldn't connect. I was so angry that I wanted to reinstall it. I went to XP, but I couldn't bear this flagship OS!
Just break the jar,
I putWireless Network Connection, delete allAnd then search for the network. Now, click Connect. the dialog box will pop up later. Enter the password and prompt that the connection is successful!
Oh Yean!
Cause: the network connection may fail due to incorrect network connection password settings or incorrect authentication method.
Write down the solution to this problem, hoping to help friends who encounter the same problem.
