Windows boot 0xc0000098 code error troubleshooting

The following error occurred on the computer boot:

First try to boot normally, if not

Then try pressing F8 to see if it can be started by the last boot.

If still not, test the memory bar, press the TAB key to switch to the memory bar test, if there is no problem with the memory bar, then it must be a system failure problem

Then through the U disk repair MBR boot startup items, repair can be resolved, if not, and then try to install the operating system, if the installation of the operating system still does not solve the problem, then it must be the CPU or hard disk problems, one after the troubleshooting, until the problem solved
