MobileProgramDeployment: deploy the self-developed mobile winform program to the device.
Create a new project. The system time is displayed after the program is started.
The program is very simple, that is, in the form_load event, set the text value of the label to the system time.
After compilation, run it on the simulated device for testing.
If the program shows normal, you can deploy it.
Add one project to solution and choose solution> Add> new project.
Select other project types-> setup and deployment-> smart device cab Project
Create a cab project.
After the creation, the configuration page is displayed:
In File System on target machine, you can add different folders and add corresponding processing in different folders. By default, the application folder and Program Files Folder folders are available, but the content is empty.
To enable shortcuts in the Start menu and programs folders on the device, I added these two folders.
Add the program subject in application Folder:
Add a project output in application folder and select primary output.
Add shortcuts:
Select a folder, right-click Next to it, select create new folder cut, select Application folder in the dialog box, and add the primary output.
In Solution Explorer, select primary output from the cab project to open its properties.
In outputs, you can view the actual content deployed on the device.
Open the ActiveSync program and select explore.
I copied the cab to the device. Open the device and run the cab command in the File Manager.
After the installation is complete, check the Start Menu. The program is successfully deployed.
In the figure, demodeployment is the name of my winform project.
