1. Create three folders on the file server to store each department's files, and require that only the users of this department can access their department's folders (Full Control permissions, the user of this department for this folder owner), each department manager and company general Manager can access all folders (read), Create a public folder so that all users can view and store public files inside. （）

2) Right click on the individual sales department, tap properties, select Security Options, click Advanced below.

3) Click Change Permission to tick the "Include permissions that can inherit from the parent of this object".

4) Popup dialog box, click Delete.

5) Click Add, then enter the name of the Sales department group, check the name, OK, and give Full Control permission.

6) Remove the Administrators permission and click OK.

7) Change owner to sales department, open sales Department properties, Advanced Security settings, click on Owner option, edit, enter sales department, check name, click OK. The other two departments are the same as this one.

8) In the same way, each department manager and general manager to join the authority, and set as read-only. The rest of the two departments operate the same.

1) Right-click the disk, select Properties, tap quota options, enable quota management, and then click Quota Entries.

2) After entering the quota entry, click Quotas in the upper left corner, select New quota entry, join all users who want to limit quotas, set the disk space limit to 100MB, OK, complete.

1) Right-click on the disk, open the properties, tick "compress this drive to save disk space".
