When more than one ORACLE service is installed under Windows, the system defaults to the last installed DB instance, and to switch instance login sqlplus, under the cmd window, first modify the value of Oracle_sid (set oracle_sid=xxxx, The modification is valid only for the current CMD window, and then the same CMD window is used to access the database.
