Windows generates hard links

Use both PL/SQL and Toad Tools for working computers
Need to configure both 32-bit and 64-bit Oracle Client
This increases the complexity of maintaining the Tnsnames.ora
Using Windows hard links can reduce the effort, modifying only the source files at a time
The preparation method is as follows:
1 run the CMD window with Administrator privileges
2 c:\windows\system32>mklink/h "D:\oracle\client\network\admin\tnsnames.ora" "D:\plsql\tnsnames.ora"
Note Use an absolute path.
