Windows Install PIP management tool

　Step 1:

　　　　Set the Python environment variable (my python is 2.7.3)

" %path%;D: \python;d:\python\scripts "

It can also be set in "My Computer"-"Properties"-"advanced".

Step 2:

　　　　Download the Get-pin file (: https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py) and execute it inside the cmd command line.　

Python get-pip.py

So the installation is successful!!!

PS ( How to use ):

　　　When you have finished installing the PIP management tool, you need to install additional libraries, such as installing JINJA2, the command is as follows:　　

Pip Install JINJA2
