After a computer is repaired today, the Windows Installer Service cannot be accessed.

Follow these steps to restore to normal:

1. Run misexec.exe/unregserver

2. Install installer 3.0.

3rd, run msiexec.exe/regserver
At this time, the service already exists, but the installation is runningProgramIt will cause the system to restart, try multiple times, or restart.

4. Run instmsiw. EXE on the Installation Software disk and reinstall insteller 2.0.

Install the software again.
