3. Verification

Java-version

Ii. installation of Tomcat

1. Download and install the website

2. Add Environment variables

Installation path for Catalina_home:tomcat

3. Verification

1) $CATALINA _home/bin/tomcat7w.exe

2) http://localhost:8080

Iii. Configuring the Tomcat server for Eclipse

1. Download eclipse from the website without installing

2.window/preferences--"Server/runtime environments--" add--"Choose Tomcat Version-" Enter the service name and the Tomcat installation path
