Step 1: Download a portable version, such as Windows Live writer 2009. If not, download one from my online storage.
Step 2: Install Microsoft. NET Framework 2.0 (my compressed package already exists)
Step 3: Remove Windows Live writer 2009 from the portable version. Generally, when X:/Windows Live writer 2009 is in green or simplified format, it automatically generates X: /Windows Live writer 2009 (green)/data/Registry. reg (this file is the part of the account information in your Windows Live writer configuration in the Registry) whether or not this part is in front of your registry, windows Live writer for the portable version will first read the registry. reg
