Windows Mobile development Basics

Environment installation:

XP SP3 + vs2008 + ActiveSync 4.5.rar

 

By default, Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK R2 for Pocket PC and Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK R2 for smartphone are installed in vs2008. Other WM sdks are not installed yet.

 

 

Hello world!

1. Create an "MFC smart device application"Program"

2. Compile and run the program in the simulator: "Tools"> "connect to devices"> F5 execution Program

3. Real machine running

 

Problem:

1. After IE8 is installed, you cannot create the "smart devices" Project-vs2005/vs2008.
