The hosts record modified by Windows has no effect, and the newly added has no effect.

Check that the DNS settings are related to normal,

Register and update the IP address for this computer. If this service is stopped, the computer will not be able to receive dynamic IP addresses and DNS updates. If this service is disabled, all services that explicitly depend on it will not start.

See that the DNS client in the service is started, change it to manual, and stop, clean up the DNS cache, and then use ping to test the return IP and test it properly.

Finally, the service of the DNS client is affected.
