Xbootmgr.exe-trace Boot

Xperf.exe: primarily for event tracking capture (command line):xperf-i boot_base+cswitch_1.etl-o boot.xml-a boot

WPR.EXE:WPA command line Event Trace capture

Analysis Tools:

Wpa.exe:windows performace Analyzer Analysis ETL,XML,WPA related files

Xperfview.exe:gui can only parse ETL files
