1. Install Remote Desktop Licensing, Remote Desktop Session Host

Service Manager----Add Role Selection Server role--Remote Desktop services--Remote Desktop Session Host--No need to use Network Level Authentication--Per Device--and other default                                Remote Desktop licensing
