Windows Remote connection problems

I want to use my laptop system at home today. I usually use a notebook to connect my home PC or monitor (larger screen, I use my home PC to remotely connect my laptop (I can use a big keyboard, a large screen, or play games and work again, hey)

The first problem is that ping fails.

Laptop to other websites OK

Solution:

Check the firewall. I use symentec. Disable it first.-invalid.

This is generated by installing the VPN Client (at&t). When I cancel this protocol, I try to connect to the VPN, and an error occurs. Therefore, if you want to use VPN, this Protocol is required.

After I cancel this agreement, I can use pcping to access my laptop.

Still remote connection fails.

Therefore, check whether the laptop is configured to support remote connection.
