Installing XRDP
Use the shortcut key "Ctrl+alt+t" to open a terminal window, enter "sudo apt-get install XRDP"--Enter the root user's password--return--enter "Y" and return, the installation is complete.
Installing Vnc4server
Enter "sudo apt-get install vnc4server"--Enter the root user's password--and enter "Y"--return, the installation is complete.
Installing Xfce4
Enter "sudo apt-get install xubuntu-desktop"--Enter the root user's password--return--enter "Y"--and enter "echo" Xfce4-session ">~/.xsession"--and enter "sudo service xrdp restart"-carriage return, installation complete.
View IP Address
Click Connection information and view the IP address in the Connection Information dialog box
Open Remote Desktop Connection
Use the window key +r to open the Run dialog box and enter MSTSC and enter the IP address of the Ubuntu host--"connect".
Sign in to Ubuntu 14.04 desktop
Select "Sesman-xvnc"-enter "user name and password"-carriage return, successfully login to Ubuntu 14.04 Desktop, now can be remote operation.

Precautions
- This operation is done on the latest version of Ubuntu 14.04, should be similar on the lower version, I did not go to try.
- After the configuration is complete, you will need to enter the correct user name and password before you can log in remotely.
