Printer redirection: Routes a print job from a remote computer to a printer that is connected to the local computer (also known as the client computer).
There are two ways to access a local printer: automatic printer redirection and printer manual redirection. Manual redirection is used when the driver for a local printer is not available in the version of Windows that is running on the remote computer.
When you connect to Remote Desktop, click Options, and then click the Local Resources tab.
Under local devices and resources, select the Printers check box.
Click Connect to start the session.
Make sure that you select a printer in the Print dialog box each time you print.

This step is critical, select the TS port (the computer name to choose the correct), not sure which port can be added after the printer and then modify the port to test the printer
