Method 1:

Press the shortcut key Win+r, open the Run interface, enter Msconfig.

Click OK, go to System configuration, select the Boot tab,

Select the startup item you don't need and click the Delete button below. Click OK after the deletion is complete and restart the computer. The extra startup items will not be available to you only by default. I have removed the superfluous, so only the default startup items are displayed.

Method 2

Using third-party tools, prohibit redundant boot boot, Baidu download a EASYBCD multi-system launcher, install (here no longer tell how to download the installation software). Open the SOFTWARE,

Select the Edit Boot menu navigation menu on the left.

Select the boot entry you want to edit and save it after deleting it.
