Windows Server R2 How to edit the Hosts file

Source: Internet
Author: User
When editing the Hosts file in my Windows Server R2 system, there is an issue that cannot be saved because of insufficient permissions error message: "Unable to save C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts "Finding a solution on stackoverflow.com is very simple to edit with administrator privileges.

Resolution steps (Reference from http://stackoverflow.com/): Start→all programs→accessories→right-click "Notepad" →run as Administrator→mod Ify Hosts file Appropriately→save

In fact, regardless of using any editor if running as administrator can be saved successfully, below I use Sublimet to save

The above method works for Windows 7+,windows server2008+ version
