1. Prepare a domain user and add it to the Administrator Group of the database and file server.
2. Create three sites in IIS on the file server. For example, port 8066 is used for WSS expansion, port 8088 is used for anonymous portal access, and port 8089 is used for portal administrator access.Note that the three sites should allow access to scripts and execute CGI programs.
3. Use this user to log on to the file server and install Sharepoint. Enter the above domain user as the website administrator and database access user.
3. Expand the WSS site to port 8066, set this website to be accessible anonymously, and set this site in IIS to allow anonymous access. In this way, the site can be accessed anonymously.
4. Create a portal to port 8088, set this website to be accessible anonymously, and set this site in IIS to allow anonymous access. In this case, the site can be accessed anonymously, but the portal for administrators to maintain the site is indeed lost. In this case, a virtual site 8089 needs to be expanded on the site, in fact, the sites of these two ports point to the same site, but the functions are different. Problem
1. How can users in all domains access SPS without being manually added to SPS user management?
Answer:
After the installation is complete, common users do not have the permission to access the SPS site. You need to grant permissions in two places:
1. if you want to grant all users in the network the permission to access the portal site, for example, read permission, you can: enable anonymous access to this portal site (set in IIS and site setting of the portal site); or in the user management office of portalsite, add the nt authority \ Authenticated Users of built-in and grant the reader permission to the users.
2. if you want to grant all users in the network the permission to access the WSS site, for example, read permission, or you can enable anonymity, or you can manage the anonymous access to the WSS site, grant "allow all authenticated users to access site" Reader permission (disabled by default) to "all authenticated users ).
Note that the permission settings for the portal site and WSS site are not inclusive. In addition, for the permission inheritance relationship between site levels, if you specify the permission to inherit the parent site when creating a child site, the permission is covered.
