2.Windows default IE picture Save as path is "My Pictures in My Documents".

Start-run input regedit enter and locate the following 2 registry entries:
1, Hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\shellfolders
2, Hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\usershellfolders
change the following my Pictures key value path to the desired folder, and if you want to download the picture to my desktop, "C:\Documents andsettings\ibm\ desktop", change the My Pictures key value to "C: \ Documents andsettings\ibm\ desktop ". Similarly, modify the following my Music and my Video
The key value can also change the download music and download the movie file save path.
