Windows vim Chinese garbled processing

Phenomenon:
Gvim after installation, open Chinese Utf-8 encoded file Chinese display garbled

Processing:
1. Start gvim8.0, Menu "edit", "Start setting"
Add the following two lines at the beginning of the file
Set Fileencodings=utf-8,ucs-bom,cp936,big5
Set Fileencoding=utf-8

Vim commands commonly used for file encoding

: Set fileencoding View file encoding

: Set FileFormat View file format

: Set Fileencoding=utf-8 conversion file encoded as Utf-8

Windows uses vim at the command line by simply configuring the path of the Gvim to the environment variable path.
