The clever use of shortcuts can greatly speed up our computer operations. Therefore, it is good for you to study and remember the shortcut keys in windows!
1. Win key
On both sides of the Current keyboard, there is a Windows key labeled as the windows icon, referred to as the win key. With it, you can quickly open some very practical system functions. However, some newspapers and magazines are incomplete. I will list them one by one for your reference:
Win + F1 Open Windows Help File
Win + F open the Windows file search window
Win + e open windows Resource Manager
Win + break open windows System Properties window
Win + M minimizes all windows Windows
Win + Shift + M restore all windows Windows that are minimized
Win + u open windows Tool Manager
Win + Ctrl + F open windows find computer window
Win + D quick desktop display/hide
Win + R open the run dialog box and start a Windows Task again
Win + L quickly lock the computer in Windows XP
Win + TAB switches between the currently opened tasks. Press the Enter key to switch to the current task.
Win + break open "System Properties" Window
Note:
(1) The above does not include the win key function redefined by other third-party software.
(2) the key on the right side of the Windows key is called the application key, which is rarely known. We can press it to open a shortcut menu for a specific project, that is, it is equivalent to right-clicking the mouse.
2. Windows universal key
Button operation
CTRL + C copy
CTRL + x cut
CTRL + V Paste
CTRL + z undo
Delete
Shift + delete permanently deletes the selected option, instead of placing it in the recycle bin.
Press ctrl to copy the selected item.
When you drag an item, press Ctrl + shift to create the shortcut.
F2 renames the selected project.
CTRL + right click to move the insert point to the start of the next word.
CTRL + Left click to move the insertion point to the start point of the previous word.
Press Ctrl + down to move the insertion point to the starting position of the next segment.
CTRL + The up key moves the insert point to the beginning of the previous paragraph.
CTRL + Shift + any arrow key to highlight a piece of text.
Shift + any arrow keys in the window or desktop, or select the text in the document.
CTRL + A select all content.
F3 searches for files or folders.
CTRL + O open an item.
Alt + enter to view the properties of the selected item.
Alt + F4 close the current project or exit the current program.
CTRL + F4 close the current document in a program that allows multiple documents to be opened at the same time.
Alt + TAB switch between open projects.
Alt + ESC switches cyclically in the order that the project is opened.
F6 cyclically switches screen elements in a window or on the desktop.
F4 displays the address column list in "My Computer" and "Windows Resource Manager.
Shift + F10 display shortcut menu
Alt + Space key displays the "System" menu in the current window.
Press Ctrl + ESC to display the Start Menu.
Alt + The underlined letters in the menu name display the corresponding menu
The command name displayed on the Open menu contains an underscore to execute the corresponding command.
F10 activates the menu bar in the current program.
Right-click to open the next menu on the right or open a sub-menu.
Open the next menu on the left or close the sub-menu.
F5 refresh the current window.
Enter the backspace key to view the previous folder in "My Computer" or "Windows Resource Manager.
ESC cancels the current task.
When you insert a disc into a CD-ROM drive, press shift to prevent the disc from playing automatically.
CTRL + home to quickly reach the file header or window Header
CTRL + end quickly reach the end of the file or the end of the window
Alt + enter switch DOS window maximization and minimization
3. Shortcut Keys in the dialog box

CTRL + TAB move forward between tabs
CTRL + Shift + TAB move backward between tabs
Tab moves forward between options
Shift + TAB move backward between options
Alt + underlined letters to execute the corresponding command or select the corresponding option.
Enter.
Spacebar if the active option is a check box, select or clear the check box.
Select a button when the arrow button is a set of options.
F1 display help
F4 displays the items in the current list.
If a folder is selected in the "Save as" or "open" dialog box, the upper-level folder is opened.
4. Resource Manager shortcut
Button operation
End displays the bottom of the current window.
Home displays the top of the current window.
Num Lock + the asterisk (*) on the numeric keyboard shows all subfolders in the selected folder.
Num Lock + the plus sign (+) on the numeric keyboard shows the content of the selected folder.
Num Lock + minus sign (-) of the numeric keypad collapse the selected folder
Collapse the option when the left-click option is being expanded, or select its parent folder.
Open the item when the current option is collapsed, or select the first subfolders.
