Windows7 How to add a network printer

1. Open the Win7 Start menu, enter "Print" in the search box, and the top of the Start menu is "Print governance".

2, click to open "Print governance" governance, on the left "print server" above the right button, select "Add/Remove Server."

3, then click "Browse" on the right of "add Server" under "Specify Printer Server".

4, on the left select "Network", and then on the right to select the server you want to connect with a printer, select the following option box will display the corresponding printer server name,

5, click on the right side of the "Select the Telegraph", and then click "Add to List", with the Click "Application", and then "OK" on the point.

6, again click the "Start" in the "search box" to enter the IP address of the printer server, then will open the shared printer, and then click on the printer you want to connect, right click on the "Connection", and then always point to confirm on the OK.
