When the internet cafe industry is increasingly competitive, the speed of Internet cafes is undoubtedly critical. However, the speed of Internet access is directly related to the way Internet cafes access. Generally, some small-sized Internet cafes often use common ADSL access methods to save costs, while large Internet cafes use fiber-optic access with larger bandwidth, or even for special needs, ADSL and optical fiber are used in combination. However, for special needs, some Internet cafes adopt the latest satellite access and wireless networking is also adopted by some high-end Internet cafes. There is no doubt that different Internet access methods vary in terms of network equipment requirements, networking methods, and Internet access fees. Internet cafe owners need to follow the actual situation, select the most suitable Networking Solution for Internet access in Internet cafes.
I. Practical: Wired Access for Internet cafes
Wired networking for Internet cafes is the most traditional, stable, and economical networking solution. Currently, China Telecom and China Netcom mainly provide two access modes: ADSL and optical fiber, this is also the access method currently used by most Internet cafes. However, according to the actual situation, different Internet cafes have selected different access combinations, including single ADSL, dual ADSL, single optical fiber, dual optical fiber, and ADSL + optical fiber.
1. ADSL Access Method
The ADSL access method is obviously quite common, because this access method can easily achieve access (including town) as long as there is a place where the phone is hosted. If you select ADSL access, the network speed must be considered. Currently, China Telecom and China Netcom only provides 2 M, 4 M, 5 M, and 8 M access methods suitable for Internet cafes, if the 2 m adsl line is selected, only 25-30 people can access the Internet at the same time, but the speed will be poor. The 4 m adsl line can be used by 40 machines, and the Internet access speed is acceptable, the 5 m adsl line barely meets the needs of 60 people to access the Internet at the same time, but the effect is not ideal. The 8 m adsl line can generally meet the needs of 80 computers to access the Internet at the same time. However, for Internet cafe users, the corresponding ADSL access bandwidth must be selected based on the actual size of the Internet cafe.

Generally, three or more access lines are not recommended for Internet cafes to facilitate management and maintenance and reduce Internet access costs. Currently, the minimum size of Internet cafes is at least 60 machines. This ensures that at least three 2 m lines are not only difficult to maintain, but also increases Internet access fees, therefore, we recommend that you select two 5 m adsl lines or an 8 m adsl line for small-sized Internet cafes. If there are about 150 small-and medium-sized Internet cafes, You need to select two 8 m adsl lines, for medium-sized Internet cafes with more than 200 servers, we recommend that you use fiber-optic access, provided that the region has fiber-optic access services. If there is no fiber-optic access service, so we had to barely use three or more 8 m adsl lines.
