Word 2007 Tip: Set paragraph shading

By setting paragraph shading for Word 2007 documents, you can highlight the contents of important paragraphs to enhance readability. To set paragraph shading in Word 2007, the following steps are described:

Step 1th, open the Word 2007 document window and select the paragraph you want to shade.

Step 2nd, in the paragraph group of the Word 2007 start ribbon, click the Shading Drop-down triangle button to select the appropriate color in the open shading color panel, as shown in the figure.
