Word changes the distance between underline and text

First, add an underscore to the text according to the normal method.

Select the text, click the underline button on the format toolbar to add the underlineEnter a space at the beginning and end of the text.In this way, you will find that the underline will automatically extend to the space.

Now, select the underline text except spaces, open the "font" command under the "format" menu, and switch the window to the "Character Spacing" tab, set "position" to "Upgrade", modify the following pound value, and click "OK" to exit,

You will find that the distance between the underline and the text has increased.
