Select Glyph Effect
Sometimes in order to emphasize and highlight the content, it can be achieved by changing the glyphs, such as bold and italic. You can also use the effect simultaneously,
On the Formatting toolbar, the button that sets the glyph is lit to indicate that the glyph effect is applied. Otherwise, the glyph effect is canceled.
: Indicates the use of bold effects.
: Indicates the use of italic effects.
: Underline the selection, and you can select a different line style in its Drop-down list.
: Alphanumeric border for the selected word.
: Represents the selected character with shading effect.
We are not unfamiliar with the common character format, such as bold, italic, underline, etc. However, if you do not know their shortcuts, but use the mouse to click the toolbar button to set, then still affect the speed. Taking a few minutes to remember and familiarize yourself with their shortcuts is sure to bring more convenience to your work:
Bold--"Ctrl + B"--meaning: B = bold bolded
Italic--"Ctrl + I"--meaning: I = italic italic
Underline--"Ctrl + U"--meaning: U = underline underline
